Tickets are sold for the event by Planting the Seeds Ltd (the ‘Promoter’), the terms and conditions below, and the rules and regulations of the One Love festival (the “Festival”), as detailed on the ticket or displayed at the venue
These terms & conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. The buying of the ticket and entry onto the Site shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms & conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these terms & conditions, the Promoter reserves the right, to cancel tickets, to refuse admission, to eject the holder or to confiscate offending articles, as the case may be.
ETickets cannot be transferred, refunded. If this Eticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the Promoter or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
No Etickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the Promoter, and any ticket so used will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
ETickets are sold subject to the Promoter’s right to alter or vary the performances and/or the Festival without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In the event of cancellation of the Festival refunds will be available from point of sale minus booking fee, postage, and festival costs
16 or 17 yr olds are not allowed to attend the festival unaccompanied.
All ticket holders will receive an email confirming their ticket and stating the terms & conditions of purchasing a ticket. One of the T&Cs states “Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age.”
Children accompanied by an adult will be offered a child’s blank white wrist band on which parents are asked to write the name & mobile number of the parent.
If an under 18 year old shows up with a ticket but no accompanying adult of appropriate age, they will be turned away (see below)
Any Adult attending with a teenager must be at least 21 years of age and will need to prove this on entry. Festival terms & conditions also limit the number of youth tickets purchasable with an adult ticket to 2 and ensure that no adult may enter the site with more than 4 minors in their care of any age.
Though ticket purchasers can buy a ticket for an Under-18 without having first bought an adult ticket, the Under-18 cannot enter site without an adult guardian present. Anybody purchasing a sole child ticket are required to email us and provide the name and contact details of an appropriate adult who will act as their guardian onsite through the event.
Children Under 5 have to be accompanied by Adult (18+) at all times over 5 have to be accompanied by Adult (21+)
Etickets will be emailed or text to your mobile after transaction. When you receive your Etickets, please check them carefully, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Keep Etickets in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight, heat or water can sometimes damage tickets. Please bring you Eticket with you to event your individual bar code will need to be swapped for you to gain entrance. Please also bring with you form of ID too.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. Security personnel will conduct security searches of persons entering the Site to ensure the safety of the persons on Site.
Entry to the Festival will only be granted via the main Box office entrance. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the management may be ejected from the Site.
Admission to the Site is at the ticket holder’s own risk, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence. The Promoter shall have no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the Site.
No Glass BOTTLES allowed at festival at all including campsite
No GLASS BOTTLES, cans, alcohol, may be brought onto the main Festival Arena where the entertainment is – CAMPSITE ALCOHOL ALLOWANCE : Own Alcohol is restricted to consumption in campsite only – 1 bottle of sprit or wine (plastic bottles), 8 cans of beer (8 Cans) – small quantity of alcohol restricted for person use only
No alcohol is to be allowed to be brought into main festival arena where the entertainment is – as their are bars providing this for you already.
No off site shopping trips allowed to be made unless in case of emergency. Off site trips only allowed with specific permission from Site / Security manager. Any alcohol found being brought back into campsite from a off site trip will not be allowed entry.
No campsite fires, Fireworks, smoke canisters, banners or other similar articles are not permitted within the Site, any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected from the Site.
Off the Ground charcoal BBQ’s are allowed in the communal Campsite bbq area only – No bbq’s in next to tents
No illegal substances may be brought onto the Site, any found will lead to prosecution.
No Chinese Lanterns,
Official merchandise, food, drink and general provisions will be available from authorised identified vendors within the Site. No trading shall be undertaken without the consent of the Promoter, any offenders will have their property confiscated and will be ejected from the Site.
Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited. No tape or video recorders, or professional photographic equipment will be permitted on the Site, any beach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the Festival as members of the audience.
No animals are allowed on-site, Guide dogs for the blind excepted.
